I received a call regarding brick cleaning two weeks ago from the site supervisor from the neighbouring Porter Davis Lifestyle home, and a day after talking to the supervisor, a cleaner was sent around, and thankfully the bricks were cleaned to a satisfactory standard (albeit 6 months late).
I think there has been some irreversible damage or stains caused by the time the mortar was stuck to the bricks, but it’s not overly noticeable and it’s on a side of the house mostly out of view, so I’m not going to stew on it too much.
